The Contract, entitled DCKA-2026-Q-0077 is entered into between the District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement (the District or OCP), on behalf of the District Department of Transportation (DDOT). DDOT is seeking a consultant to provide design consultation services for the Rehabilitation of the Mall Tunnel. The Consultant shall perform its services consistent with the skill and care ordinarily provided by general engineering consultants practicing in major urban areas on projects of a similar type, costs, and size. The Consultant shall perform its services as expeditiously as is consistent with such skill and care and the orderly progress of the projects.

Program Management/General Engineering Consultant for Anacostia Waterfront Initiative (AWI)

FY20 Architect-Engineer (A/E) Schedule

The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement, for and on behalf of The District of Columbia Department of Transportation, is publicizing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications from architecture and engineering firms interested in providing professional architectural or engineering services across a single or multiple categories of design, engineering, and support services (A/E Services). Consultant selection will be made using a qualifications-based process. One or more highly qualified Offerors will initially be selected for award of an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract in each category. Each of the awarded contracts will have a base term of two (2) years with one (1) two-year option period and one (1) one-year option period.
